Wasteland

Wasteland contains 66 poems by the Dutch writer Jan Zwaaneveld. The poems in this book are translations from his earlier work in Dutch. The author published six books with poetry, three with short stories, one with stories for children en one with travel reports of his birdwatching trips around the world. Jan Zwaaneveld is a keen birdwatcher and a stargazer, and both birds and stars and planets can frequently be found in his poems.
