Understanding Psychology focuses on Students First, to engage students' attention and teach them about the discipline, with the result that students learn the course content and become excited about the field of psychology. Shaped by decades of experience, Dr. Feldman believes that an effective introduction to a discipline must be oriented to students: informing them, engaging them, and exciting them about the field and helping them connect it to their world.
