Humanity's true great manifest across the Solar System didn't take place until we discovered what was deep below the surfaces of Mars and Saturn's Titan. The vast tunnels we first perceived to be natural were, in fact, mining tunnels left behind by ancient visitors. Hundreds of millions of years old, these mining tunnels provided a foundation for human settlements on both worlds. Humans could not only sustain, but we could grow. The highly volatile superconductor, Jollitium, was discovered within the outer planets, and has since revolutionized transportation, artillery, and sustainability for humans throughout Sol. Our ancient visitors left evidence of its use in their abandoned, fossilized technology. The Ancients and their presence in our Solar System raised many questions, the most important being not only why they left, but what they were running from.
