Dutch screenwriter Alec Gonzaga is facing an uncertain future. The love of his life - violinist Mary Douglas - is diagnosed with cancer. His writing on posttraumatic stress disorder is based on personal experience. 'Symphony of everyday things' is his debut novel and was originally published in Dutch. Aloysius Keller has three daughters and presently resides in The Hague, the Netherlands.
