Lies and Deception

This story takes place in the 1970 era, in a small town on the outskirts of Venice, Italy. Emiliano Aves (Nickname Milo) is a handsome 27-year-old, self-made Multi-Billionaire. Milo, after being betrayed by those closest to him, finds himself emotionally unavailable. He vows to never let anyone get close to him again. Camilia Rossi is a smart 27-year-old naïve, innocent girl. She is the reason why Milo became emotionally unavailable. She unintentionally broke his heart. As young children, Camilia and Milo find comfort in each other during their most difficult and their happiest times. After years of putting up with each other's annoying and irritating behaviors, they find themselves in love--with the promise to marry when they grow up. Unfortunately, life takes them on a whirlwind of a ride. With twists and plots putting their love to the test over and over again. An unforeseen circumstance causes Camilia to do the unthinkable... maybe even the unforgivable. She swears to conceal her secret forever, but it could cause her to lose Milo for good. Or will fate give them a second chance?
