Larkin and the Wild Things

Larkin does not like to have her hair brushed. In fact, she dislikes it so much she puts on a hat and does not brush her hair for a year. Then one morning she wakes up to find her hair has turned green. There are wild things living in her hair, and she thinks they might bite! Larkin's mother calls the hairdresser right away. Can she help? Will Larkin finally let her hair be washed and brushed? What will they find amidst all the tangles and knots? And will those wild things ever go away?
