Captive

Inspired by her own journey with chronic migraine, Lindsay Gordon explores the emotional turmoil of experiencing chronic pain. Imprisoned by Pain himself, she ponders the depths of her own suffering, all the while longing to be reunited with her love, Freedom. Despite being trapped in the prison cell of her own body, the hope of release, however small, keeps her fighting. Captive is an exposé of the injustice of Pain, and aims to shed light on - and increase empathy and understanding for - those who live with chronic pain.
